European Masters Individual Championships in Wroclaw, Poland and ESF Masters Circuit Season 2017-2018…
Firstly, we have the most important tournament in the Masters Calendar coming up soon: The EMIC (European Masters Individual Championships) in Wroclaw, Poland from WEDNESDAY 30th August to SATURDAY 2nd September – all details: squash-masters.pl There are 84 entries already (29th May), with Closing Date 31st July. This is always the largest master’s tournament in the ESF Masters Calendar. At the last tournament in 2015 in Malmö, Sweden, there were well over 400 participants. This year in Wroclaw, the tournament will take place in ONE centre Hasta La Vista with (at least!) 32 courts.
And secondly, the Masters Sub-Committee has finalised and published the Calendar for the Season September 2017 – August 2018 – all details: http://www.europeansquash.com/calendar/158/Event-Calendar?year=2017&egid=113 We are increasing the number of tournaments from 12 to 14 including for the first time Sweden and want to attract more than the ca. 1400 players, who will have participated in the current season. But don’t forget – we still have two more tournaments this season: Switzerland 14th – 16th July and Finland 4th – 6th August just in time to get in some match practice for the EMIC!
